Located in Coldwater Canyon as part of the City of Los Angeles District 5, the Crests Neighborhood Association was formed by residents to promote neighborhood involvement, and create both a forum for discussion on neighborhood concerns and a cohesive group voice that enables the residents to be fully represented on issues that affect our neighborhood, including in Neighborhood Council and in City Hall.
